By accessing closingedge.net or subscribing to ClosingEdge Signals, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ClosingEdge ("we," "us," "our"), operated from Massachusetts, United States.
ClosingEdge is an algorithmic signal service. We publish standardised, pre-game expected value (EV) signals identifying moments when Kalshi prediction market contracts appear to be mispriced relative to sportsbook-implied probabilities.
ClosingEdge is not:
All signals are standardised and distributed identically to all subscribers. Nothing published by ClosingEdge constitutes personalised financial, investment, or betting advice.
Expected value is a long-run statistical concept. Individual signals can and do lose.
We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that:
Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting and prediction market trading involve substantial risk of financial loss. Only wager amounts you can afford to lose entirely.
ClosingEdge operates under the CFTC's publisher exemption (7 U.S.C. § 2(c)(2)(E)(ii)). Our signals are standardised publications distributed to all subscribers simultaneously. We do not manage accounts, execute trades on behalf of subscribers, or provide individualised trading advice.
To use ClosingEdge Signals you must:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that using Kalshi prediction markets is legal in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $29.00 USD through Whop. A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. After the trial period, billing continues automatically until cancelled. You authorise Whop to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to signals and Discord until that date.
We do not offer refunds on subscription fees already charged. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such refund is a goodwill gesture and does not constitute an obligation to issue refunds in future cases.
Subscriber Discord access is managed through Whop. Access is granted upon subscription activation and revoked automatically upon cancellation or payment failure. ClosingEdge is not responsible for Discord outages, rate limiting, or notification delivery failures outside our control.

Violation of these terms results in immediate termination without refund.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
