1. Who we are

ClosingEdge is operated from Massachusetts, United States. Contact: admin@closingedge.info

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist:

• Email address

When you subscribe:

• Email address and payment information (processed by Whop — we do not store card details)
• Discord username (collected by Whop for role assignment)

When you use the signals page:

• Email address (used to verify subscriber status only)
• We do not track browsing behaviour on the signals page

Automatically:

• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). These are not linked to identifiable individuals and are deleted within 30 days.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

4. Third parties

• Whop — payment processing and subscription management. whop.com/privacy
• Supabase — database storage for subscriber records. Data stored in US data centres. supabase.com/privacy
• Discord — signal delivery. discord.com/privacy

5. Data retention

• Waitlist emails: retained until you request deletion
• Subscriber records: retained for 12 months after subscription ends for billing and dispute purposes
• Server logs: deleted within 30 days

6. Your rights

You may request at any time:

• A copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion of your data
• Correction of inaccurate data

7. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. A session token is stored locally in your browser to maintain your signals page login — this is deleted when you sign out.

8. Children

ClosingEdge is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us for immediate deletion.

9. Changes

We will notify active subscribers of material changes to this policy by email before they take effect.
