All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to signals and the Discord server until that date.
To cancel: log into Whop → Memberships → ClosingEdge Signals → Cancel.
We do not offer refunds on subscription fees already charged. Once a billing period has begun, that charge is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such refund is a goodwill gesture and does not create an obligation to issue refunds in future cases.
If a payment fails, Whop will attempt to retry the charge. If the charge cannot be collected, your subscription and Discord access will be paused automatically. Access is restored immediately upon successful payment.
